I would start by saying that the reason we went with Paul is because the firm he works for was the first to return our call out of several local firms. That being said, we lucked out by getting him. I cannot speak for every location, but I would confidently say that he knows Elk Grove expertly. While we were searching for homes he would often arrange viewings with only 8 hours of notice. Within a month of starting the search (in a hot market) he helped my wife and I get in contract on a short sale and helped us keep the contract even after the nightmare scenario of the original bank selling the loan mere days before a scheduled closing. Paul Gallegos was recommended to my wife and I through a friend after a not so good experience with another real estate agent with a well known firm in our area. We liked Paul from our first meeting and decided to list our home with him. After Paul completed his research we agreed on a selling price, which was much higher than the other firm recommended I might add. I was in the middle of a few repairs on the house and did not want to list it until it was completed. Paul recommended that we put signs up stating " COMING SOON" as a strategy to generate interest, he also said this is not the recommendation in all cases but thought it would work well in our situation. Well let me tell you it did!!! After the repairs were completed approx. two weeks, Paul listed the house on the Multiple listing and set up an open house for that coming Saturday. Paul then had accumulated names and numbers of interested people that he notified of the open house. That Saturday Paul had 8 + cars with people ready for the viewing. To make a long story short we received multiple offers and ended selling our home for 10 thousand over asking price. If you are asking if I would recommend Paul Gallegos, unquestionably "YES"

Paul found a house for me within my price range that fit my criteria exactly. For a first time home buyer he helped me out a lot and made it a smooth process.
